Exchanges / Returns
As long as items are in original condition (unworn & unwashed), simply send them back to us in the original package within 10 days of receipt of delivery to:

Please include a return slip indicating your full name and order number with your item(s). We will process you exchange within 10 working days. Click here for Return Slip.
There are extra shipping charges for any exchange of products when we send your replacement(s) and you are responsible for the return shipping of the original item(s) to us.
Due to health regulation, we can only accept garments back that are in original condition and that have not been worn or washed. If a worn or wash item is returned to us, we will contact you to better understand the reason for the return. Please note, when an item is returned to us without first notifying us, we reserve the right to send the item(s) directly back to you.
With exchanged items, if the amount for the replacement item(s) exceeds the amount to be refunded, please include payment for the additional amount. Shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded unless the error was ours.
If you are requesting a refund, depending on the method you use to return the item(s), it can take up to 10 days for us to receive and process your parcel. A refund check will be sent to you when your claim has been fully processed. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
To check on the status of your return you may contact us here with your name, address and details on the item(s) you have returned.
All Alphonse Swimwear products undergo stringent quality checks. In the unlikely event that you do receive a defective item, please notify us within 5 days of receiving the item. If this policy is not adhered to, we will only accept items at our discretion.
